DOGS ~ Judge Jeff Luscott

Thank you to the club for the invitation, I enjoyed the hospitality, the atmosphere, the people and of course the dogs. It was a pleasure to have such good classes and some difficult decisions had to be made. I was pleased with the overall quality and there were lots of youngsters with great promise to keep up the expectancy of a good future for the breed.

Minor Puppy Dog (8)
1st Beaumont's Borderbeau Highfalutin'
Loved the outline and balance of this youngster. Good on the move, appeals in head proportions and good development in body, nicely muscled at this stage, he has a typical and balanced rear action. BPD & RBPIS.

Another, lovely in type, most promising balance at this stage, good over the head, body and shape; nice quarters and quality on the move.

He moves well with a nice coat and condition, pleases in head and bone, was unplaced in Yearling but with a better handler-dog co-ordination could improve the overall performance.

2nd Wilkinson's Altricia Loverboy
Loved the head, expression, front and movement on this young man; he has good balance in body, chest and shape. I liked the rear action, strongly muscled rear quarters and the bone throughout his frame. He was close up but just wants coat back to finish the impressive picture.

Stunning dog in top form with his head of good proportions, attentive ear set, eye, muzzle and jaw. He is balanced in shape and outline, carries the best of muscle condition in body and rear quarters, has the drive and typical action that would enable him to do the job; his coat is in tip top condition, he looks the part, a dog on form today. My CC winner and RBIS under judge Mrs C Ward.
2nd Venn's Miraje Soul Encounter
Great dog with the best of shape and style, carries a good front; he is alert and on his toes, with the right topline and strength in rear quarters; he moves really well with his easy ground covering stride. Good balance in head and ear set, he was solid in body and on his toes with high expectation, pushed 1 all the way but outdoors is probably his better field, for showing and moving.
